Everything about buying, selling and trading on Kanzama — the UAE B2B marketplace.
Kanzama is a B2B marketplace based in the UAE. It connects business buyers with suppliers of industrial, construction and wholesale goods. You can browse products, compare suppliers, chat with them directly, send offers and request quotations in one place.
No. Search, categories, product pages and supplier profiles are open to everyone. You need an account to chat with a supplier, make an offer, post a request for quotation or save products to favourites.
Open the product page and press Chat Supplier. Your conversation is saved in the Chat section of your account, so you can return to it at any time and keep all messages with that supplier in one thread.
On a product page press Make an Offer and enter the price you are ready to pay. The supplier receives your offer in the chat and can accept it, decline it or reply with a counter offer. You can track all your offers on the My Offers page.
RFQ means Request for Quotation. Use it when you know what you need but have not chosen a supplier yet. Describe the product, the quantity and the unit, add any requirements, and submit the request. After review it becomes visible to suppliers, who can respond with their quotes. Track your requests on the My RFQs page.
A Verified Supplier has submitted company documents to Kanzama and passed our review. The badge confirms that the company behind the listing is real. It is not a guarantee for every individual product, so always confirm specifications, price and delivery terms with the supplier before you order.
MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. It is the smallest quantity a supplier is ready to sell in one order, for example 50 pallets or 20 units. If you need less, ask the supplier in the chat. Many suppliers are open to discussing a trial order.
Delivery terms are agreed with the supplier and depend on the product, quantity and destination. You can also use the Shipment section to post a shipping request and receive quotes from logistics providers registered on Kanzama.
Press Become a Seller, register your company and complete the verification steps in the Seller Center. After that you can add products, answer buyer messages, respond to requests for quotation and manage your deals from one dashboard.
Use the Contact Us page or write to Kanzama Support from your Chat section. Describe the issue and add the product link or order details, and our team will get back to you.
